Find the cause
- No answer was sent: verify the source has completed sync, the question is in scope, the agent is active, Support scope is enabled, Silent intelligence is off, and its mode permits replies. An uncertain answer may be withheld.
- Notion or GitHub sync fails: check the URL, token expiration and read permissions. For Notion, explicitly share the page with the connection; for GitHub, check repository selection and organization approval.
- Telegram bot does not reply: confirm the group connection, send permission, and Directed/Smart settings. With Group Privacy enabled, try replying to an existing bot message; ordinary mentions and plain Smart-mode questions may require privacy disabled and the bot re-added.
- Discord bot does not reply: confirm the server connection is active, the text channel is approved, and Discord allows the bot to view and send there.
- Invitation unavailable: use the invited email, ensure email/password signup was verified, or ask the owner for a fresh invitation if the previous one was canceled or expired.
Ask for help safely
When asking for help, share the visible error or source status, not bot tokens, personal access tokens, private documents, or invitation links.
