Insights summarizes activity for connected Telegram groups and approved Discord channels. Use it to review repeated eligible questions and knowledge issues. A knowledge issue can indicate a missing or weak source; update and sync a source, then use the available verification flow to check whether the issue has been resolved.
An empty Insights view can simply mean there is no active channel or qualifying activity yet. Check Community connections and send a test question first.
