In Settings you can review the workspace and agent configuration. Owners can change workspace-level controls; permitted managers can tune agent behavior. Check the agent's status, confidence profile and threshold, cooldown, and the support-scope, mention-trigger, smart-engagement, and silent-intelligence options.
Reply modes
- Directed: use Mention trigger and address the bot when asking a question.
- Smart: with Smart engagement enabled, the agent may consider new human text in approved channels and groups, including messages without a tag or question mark. It can process a message without replying. Telegram plain-message behavior also depends on Group Privacy and the bot's permissions.
- Silent: no public replies. Turning on Silent intelligence also prevents replies even if Directed or Smart is selected; it can observe directed questions for knowledge gaps without answering them.
- Support scope: keep this enabled when you want community replies. Turning it off suppresses replies in every mode.
Tune responses
A higher confidence threshold can reduce uncertain replies. A cooldown limits repeated responses. Test changes in Playground and the connected community; behavior depends on both settings and source quality.
