Plans combine credits with limits on sources, community connections, and seats. There is no separate sync count limit; billable syncs require available credits. Compare plans.
Plan limits
- Free trial: 7 days, 100 total credits, 1 seat, 1 source, unlimited syncs while credits remain, and 1 connection (Discord or Telegram). Invitations are unavailable.
- Solo: $49 monthly or $499 yearly (over 15% off), 1,000 credits per month, 1 seat, 2 sources, unlimited syncs while credits remain, and 1 connection (Discord or Telegram). Invitations are unavailable.
- Team: $249 monthly or $2,539 yearly (over 15% off), 5,000 credits per month, 5 seats total (owner plus 4 members), 5 sources, unlimited syncs while credits remain, and 3 connections (Discord and Telegram).
- Custom: contact us to discuss limits and multiple owned workspaces.
Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months. Credits renew each month during that term; unused credits do not roll over. The yearly discount changes the payment amount, not the monthly limits.
Smart Mode, tagged replies, analytics, and insights are included in every plan. There is no separate advertised answer-count limit; answers use credits.
Credit charges
- AI answer: 2 credits when an answer is sent in a community or returned in Playground.
- Smart Mode: 0.2 credit per processed Smart Mode message in an approved channel or group, including a message that receives no answer. If it receives an answer, add 2 credits, for 2.2 total.
- Website, Notion, GitHub: 25 credits for the first successful sync of a new source; 10 credits for a repeat sync with changed content.
- PDF: 2 credits per successfully processed PDF page, with no additional 25-credit first-sync charge. PDF files are limited to 500 pages and 10 MiB.
- Unchanged or failed sync: 0 credits.
Credits are charged once per completed event. For example, a 20-page PDF uses 40 credits after successful processing. A processed Smart Mode message that is answered uses 2.2 credits.
Free trial
Your seven-day trial starts after your first successful knowledge sync, not when you create an account. That initial sync uses its applicable credits. Unused trial credits do not renew.
Workspaces and members
Free trial and Solo each have one seat, so their owners cannot invite members. Team has five seats in total. A member of another owner's workspace can create their own workspace and become its owner, as long as they do not already own one. Custom arrangements can support more than one owned workspace.
