Syncing and source health

Start a sync

Choose Manual to sync when you request it, or Scheduled to set an interval for supported sources. Click Sync on a source after adding or changing its content if synchronization has not started automatically. “Sync requested” means the work has been queued, not that indexing is finished. Check the source status and latest sync result before testing an answer.

Check results

A partial sync may have skipped some pages; the page shows whether previous knowledge was retained. If a sync fails, confirm the URL, token permissions, page sharing, and provider availability, then retry. You can pause a source to stop using it or delete it permanently if it should no longer be part of the knowledge base.
