Notion

Create an internal connection and grant it access to the page you want your agent to read.

Create a connection

  1. As a Notion workspace owner, open the Notion Developer portal, then choose Build → Internal connections → Create a new connection. Select the workspace that owns the page and give the connection only the read access it needs.
  2. Open the connection's Configuration tab and copy its internal connection API token.
  3. Grant the connection access to the page in its Content access tab, or open the page's ••• → Connections → Add connection menu. A token alone cannot read a page that has not been shared with it.
  4. In CommuneAI, choose Notion, paste the page URL and token in their separate fields, add the source, and request a sync if one has not started automatically.

Protect the token

Keep the token private. Notion changes its interface from time to time; see its official authorization guide for the current connection and page-sharing steps.
